Christophe Muratet is Head of Innovation at Thales Research & Technology Canada, where he is responsible to nurture innovation strategy and practices across three (3) streams: breakthrough innovation (scientific), continuous innovation (engineering) and open innovation (academic/startup/SME). Prior to this, Christophe was Head of R&T and Engineering discipline at Thales Hong Kong, where he was responsible for leading product innovation (what) and continuous improvement (how) for Ground Transportation domains such as: metro ticketing, signaling and supervision. Christophe has a 13-years international career track with past experiences as Software Support manager in South Africa, Offshore Engineering manager in India, and Software engineer in France where he oversaw the development, deployment and maintenance of nationwide Air traffic control solution and Tactical data link products. Christophe was one of the first engineers at Thales to experiment lean management for people development and product innovation. He is certified Scrum Professional, co-founder of the Thalesgroup agile community, speaker at Lean conference (LPDE Paris 2017, Lean Summit Sydney 2016) member of the Hong Kong Data Science academy for urban science and nominated for 2016 best Franco-Chinese innovation team.

Contribuer à l’écosystème Agile et Lean du Québec. À ce jour il me semble que Agile Québec est le leader de la communauté dans ce rôle de support aux agilistes, mentorat et promotion de la culture Agile au Québec.
Quelle contribution allez-vous apporter à l’équipe et à la communauté?
Conseil et retour d’expérience Agile et Lean dans un milieu grand groupe: innovation (lean startup) et production (dev. produit et personnes: agile, lean engineering, lean management), système de systèmes et multi-culturel (Chine, Inde, France, Canada, Afrique du Sud).
